Our full-service, 4,500 sq. ft. production facility in Seattle, WA is equipped to handle a wide range of fabrication needs. Our shop features heavy rigging and lifting equipment, along with specialized equipment for precision fixturing, certified welding, assembly, cutting, sheet metal and plate forming, pressing, machining, and fine finishing.

Before shipping every piece, Practik’s team creates customized mock-ups for staging and dry fitting to ensure seamless installation and quality control.

Practik offers a wide range of finishes for artwork including in-house patina work, passivation, hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating, powder coating and painting.

Expertise in finish application is critical, not only to achieve the desired aesthetic, but also to ensure the longevity and durability of the work. Our fabricators apply meticulous attention to detail in preparing work for finishing, while our design team collaborates closely with clients to select the most appropriate products and techniques for each project.

Practik’s team is proficient in fabricating a wide range of alloys, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze and brass. Our designers collaborate with artists to select materials that align with the project's aesthetic goals, budget, and structural requirements.

Beyond metal, Practik has extensive experience integrating a variety of other materials into multi-disciplinary projects through close partnerships with trusted subcontractors.
